Refund Policy 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items Damaged in Shipping or Defective

  • If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at rhinoextremeplus@gmail.com  with your order number to receive your return authorization so we can correct the problem immediately at our expense.

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 45 days of shipping. We will gladly replace or exchange the item or refund the amount you paid. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 45 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. We encourage you to email us before returning a product that is used so we can provide you with the best service.
  • If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
  • In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Exchanges

  • To exchange your purchase, simply email us at rhinoextremeplus@gmail.com  to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • All Wholesale transactions are final and cannot be returned except if the items you receive are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please get in touch if you have questions or would like to exchange the items.

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at rhinoextremeplus@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

 

REFUNDS

 

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
